Shipping policy

UK shipping

Free shipping on orders over £30 (UK only). Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Standard Delivery, typically arriving within 2–4 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days before getting in touch. If your order hasn’t arrived by then, contact me at hello@littlepotatostudio.com and I’ll look into it for you.

 

International shipping

All cards sent internationally are dispatched via Royal Mail International Standard. A shipping fee will be quoted and added to your order at checkout, based on the value of your order.

 

Please note that for customers outside of the UK, import taxes, duties, or VAT may apply. These fees vary by country and in some cases may not be required at all — please check with your local government agency for details. Customers are responsible for all international duties upon arrival. In the event of delays caused by customs, I will do my best to help but unfortunately cannot be held responsible for delays outside of my control.

 

Estimated delivery times

•       UK: 2–4 working days

•       Europe: 5–7 working days

•       Rest of the World: 5–14 working days

Incorrect shipping address

I am not liable for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact me immediately at hello@littlepotatostudio.com. If the item has already been dispatched, please reach out to the carrier directly. Items returned due to an incorrect address can be reshipped for an additional fee.
