Free shipping on orders over £30 (UK only). Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Standard Delivery, typically arriving within 2–4 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days before getting in touch. If your order hasn’t arrived by then, contact me at hello@littlepotatostudio.com and I’ll look into it for you.

All cards sent internationally are dispatched via Royal Mail International Standard. A shipping fee will be quoted and added to your order at checkout, based on the value of your order.

Please note that for customers outside of the UK, import taxes, duties, or VAT may apply. These fees vary by country and in some cases may not be required at all, please check with your local government agency for details.

Customers are responsible for all international duties upon arrival. In the event of delays caused by customs, I will do my best to help but unfortunately cannot be held responsible for delays outside of my control.

I am not liable for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact me immediately at
hello@littlepotatostudio.com. If the item has already been dispatched, please reach out to the carrier directly. Items returned due to an incorrect address can be reshipped for an additional fee.

Damaged orders

Cards are carefully packaged, but damage during transit can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged or with printing issues, please contact me within 5 working days of delivery at hello@littlepotatostudio.com with your order number and photos of the damage. I will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Please note I cannot replace cards where an error was made during the ordering process.

Non-delivery

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch notification, please contact me at hello@littlepotatostudio.com and I’ll investigate straight away.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and return it within 30 days. Returned items must be in their original, unused and unwritten condition to be eligible for a refund.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is damaged or faulty. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the return, but please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your
account.
