Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail via Standard Delivery, typically arriving within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. If you haven't received your order by then, please pop me a message via the contact form for assistance.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and return it within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the item is damaged. We may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion. Refunds will be processed within 7 days, but please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

I am not liable for incorrect shipping addresses. If you notice an error, please contact me immediately. If the item has already shipped, please reach out to the carrier directly. Items returned due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped for an additional fee.

Cards are carefully packaged, but damage during transit may occur. If your order arrives damaged or with printing issues, contact me within 72 hours with photos of the damage and your order number and I will arrange a replacement at no cost. I cannot replace cards with errors made during the ordering process.
